  I have Mike come out and measure for tile. I told him that the floors needed sanded down and leveled. He said know.problem. well I moved out of my house on the 11th of December. Was to be back in the house on the 16th. Well they could not sand floors down for less than 2000.00 more which he said he did not know that. So we had to go order carpet which took another week to come in. Over 1000.00 for a motel . Carpet gets in on the 22nd of December. My elderly mom has tripped 3 times.coming in the door because it is not tacked or glued down. I called spoke to Mike and his answer was they tried, that I could go buy a metal strip and put it down. I do not recommend this place at all. The last time I put carpet in I went with Home Depot. Will use them next time.
