  Took the mower in to get the grass mulched cover replaced. They put on the wrong part after waiting 3 weeks for the part to be delivered. Once we got the mower home with the wrong part, we ordered the correct part online for $15.00; it was here in 3 days. It was easy to fix. How it took ABC 3 weeks and then they put on the wrong part (which didn't even fit correctly-it kept falling off the mower), is beyond my ability to understand.
