  I recently was in ur shop and was so impressed with the service and the beautiful arrangement I purchased. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone who appreciates excellent service and fresh beautiful flowers. Bravo !

  Wasnt much of an experience, we walked in, were greeted and we mentioned we were looking into doing a wedding.
  
  First thing out of their mouth was "Do you have an appointment?"
  No we don't but you know your store is dead empty.
  
  Second thing out of their mouth was "You really should of made an appointment, she then asks the front desk to take our information and she walked away"
  
  So guess what, we walked away.
  
  Thanks for nothing and thanks for not wasting our time with your horrible customer service. Good luck with your business if you keep treating others like that
