  Every since the business has been sold from mother to daughter, the customer service has gone completely down! This is the first time I brought my baby personally, but my In-Laws have been bringing theirs for YEARS and have ALWAYS loved it until recently they say they haven’t been satisfied, and so we wait 8 and 1/2 hours to get our dogs groomed with an appointment that was made a week in advance! Nor me or my In-Laws will be coming back here! We sit outside 30 minutes after being worried from not hearing from them and so the new owners husband or whoever is “running the show” comes out while we are waiting to let us know that he doesn’t care about our dissatisfaction simply because word for word “our opinion compared to all the other customers is different.” Really wish Margi still ran this place. I was excited to see what my In-Laws was talking about this awesome place we should start taking our dog too, worst groomer I’ve been to. And on top of it all, my baby didn’t even turn out much better then any other place we’ve taken her. What a shame.
